- Payments will be completed through a link provided via Stripe sent by the artist
- A refund will be issued if I am unable to complete the requested commission
- If the commission fails due to commissioner noncompliance (you), I will not refund the payment for the work I have completedRequest to commission me via my VGEN! DM or email for larger projects!
I the artist,
- Have the right to reject/decline any commission for any reason
- Can display the piece for self-advertising
- Can post the piece to my socials UNLESS specified by the client
- Have copyright over the piece(s)
- Will complete commissions anywhere between 5 days and a month depending on the request and complexity (I am not an artist full-time and work 12 hour shifts in health care)
- Will provide as many updates as requested
- Will keep open communication during the process
You the commissioner,
- Must provide payment prior to receiving the final product file(s)
- Must agree to the TOS prior to commissioning
- May repost the piece to social media with credit
- Are NOT allowed to trace nor claim it as your own work
- Are NOT allowed to use my art with AI in any way shape or form
